This page explains what information Losanti (operated by Crown Restaurant Group) collects through losantisteakhouse.com, why, and the choices you have.

Choosing your restaurant

When you first visit, we ask which restaurant you’re looking for — Cincinnati or Columbus — and the rest of the site follows your pick, so pages like Menus, Reservations, and Contact show the right one. We never ask for or use your device’s location to guess: the only way the site knows is that you told it, and you can change it anytime from the header or the footer.

Your pick is kept in your own browser so we don’t have to ask again on every page. If you’ve accepted cookies it’s remembered for future visits; if you haven’t, it lasts only until you close the tab. Either way it stays on your device — it isn’t sent to us or to anyone else.

Cookies

A banner asks whether you’ll allow cookies (small pieces of storage in your browser). If you decline, we don’t store anything between visits and the full site still works. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain.

Information you give us directly

If you use the Contact, Careers, or Newsletter forms, we collect what you enter — typically name, email, and your message — to respond to you or send the newsletter. Contact and Careers submissions are delivered to our team via Google Sheets/Gmail. Newsletter sign-ups are managed through Mailchimp, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Reservations & private events

The Reservations page embeds OpenTable, and the Private Events page embeds Tripleseat, so you can book directly. Those pages are operated by OpenTable and Tripleseat respectively, and any information you enter there is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.

Your choices

You can decline cookies at any time from the consent banner, browse without them, and still use the full site. To ask what we have on file or to request it be deleted, email us at info@crgcincy.com.
