◆ Our Story

A time when elegance
was effortless.

Losanti borrows its name from Losantiville — the settlement that became Cincinnati — and its manners from the supper clubs of the twenties.

Elevated, Yet Inviting

A steakhouse should feel like an occasion even on a Tuesday. Ours is built on the old rituals — a proper martini, a shared porterhouse, dessert you didn’t plan on — set in rooms of black, white, and gold where the light stays low and the welcome stays warm.

There is no formula here, and nothing arrives frozen. Just a kitchen that treats dinner as the most important hour of your day — because tonight, it is.

◆ The Kitchen

Chef Anthony Sitek

Chef Sitek’s rule is short: if it can be made in this building, it will be. Whole loins are broken down in the butcher’s room, pasta is rolled each afternoon, stocks simmer overnight, and the dry-age room does its slow work in Himalayan salt.

The result is a menu that reads simply and eats deeply — Italian at its heart, Midwestern in its generosity.

◆ The Rooms

Haley Sitek

Haley Sitek runs the other half of Losanti — the half you feel the moment the door closes behind you. As co-owner of Crown Restaurant Group with her husband Anthony, she shapes the rooms, the service, and the welcome across both cities.

Her standard is simple: every guest leaves feeling like a regular.

Crown Restaurant Group

Crown Restaurant Group

Losanti is the flagship of Crown Restaurant Group, the Cincinnati family of restaurants run by husband-and-wife team Anthony and Haley Sitek — built on one conviction: hospitality is a craft, practiced nightly, table by table.

Anthony leads the kitchens; Haley leads the rooms. Together they set the standard for every plate and every welcome across the group.
